You will travel north along the Red Sea coast, passing through the cities of Ras Gareb and Ain Sokhna before arriving in Zaafarana. The journey to the Monastery of St. Anthony takes about four hours, offering scenic views of the Egyptian desert and coastline along the way.

Exploring the Monastery of St. Anthony

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by the imposing fortress-like walls that surround the Monastery of St. Anthony.
